Marketa Escrow protects both buyer and seller. Here's how it works:
If an item isn't as described or doesn't arrive, open a dispute from your order within 48 hours of delivery. Our team reviews the evidence from both sides and, for escrow transactions, can issue a full refund. Most disputes are resolved within 3–5 business days.
